A Bit About Robbie Gail

Robbie Gail Charette boasts an illustrious law career marked by unwavering dedication and unmatched expertise. Board-certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, she further stands out with an LLM in Tax Law and a certification as a Public Accountant in Texas. With over 18 years in the legal landscape, Robbie has adeptly navigated cases spanning family law, juvenile law, domestic violence, CPS, APS, adoptions, guardianships, mental health, probate, tax, and mediations.

A proud alumna, Robbie graduated from Texas A&M with a BBA in Accounting. She then earned her JD from South Texas College of Law Houston and pursued her LLM in Tax Law from the University of Houston Law Center.

Her personal life has been equally enriching. Robbie shared nearly 25 cherished years of marriage with her late husband, Michael M. Owsley, until his passing in 2015.

Robbie's essence is defined by her unwavering passion for service. It's this genuine desire to make a difference that led to the inception of The Charette Foundation. As its founder and president, she tirelessly works towards enhancing the quality of life for Washington County residents and beyond.
